Octopush is underwater hockey and is the supreme aerobic game. It was invented in the early 1950s and is played worldwide. It's great fun and anyone who can swim can join in. Octopush is a competitive sport, club members play in regional and national leagues, some members have represented England in international competitions.

For the first two Mondays of each month we train and play from 8.00 pm to 10.00 pm. All other Monday sessions are 8.00 pm to 9.30 pm
